1. Tomato soup:
Ingredients:
1. Tomato (4)
2. Ginger (1/2 inches)
3. Butter (2 tsp.)
4. Pea (50 gm.)
5. Carrot (2 chopped)
6. Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp.)
7. Cornflour (1.5 tsp.)
8. Cream/Coriander leaves/Kari leaves
9. Salt (according to taste)
10. Water

Method: 
First of all properly wash pea, tomato, and carrot. Then grind the tomato and ginger in the grinder and make a paste. Now put a frying pan on the gas and turn on the gas. After heating pan pours the tomato, ginger paste and add half glass water. Boil this mixture for 10-12 mins. After that filter this mixture in a bowl. Now take a half bowl of water and mix corn flour in it. Then put another fry pan on gas and pour butter in it. After heating, butter adds pea and chopped carrot in it. Cook it for 6-8 mins. After that add filter tomato soup in it. Cook it for 5 min then add black pepper, salt, cornflour paste and a half glass of water. Cook it for 10-12 min on low medium flame. After 10 mins turn off the gas. Now healthy and tasty tomato soup is ready to serve. You should also decorate this soup with the help of cream, coriander leaf or Kari leaf.

2.Palak soup (Spinach soup):
Ingredients :
1. Spinach/Palak (500 gm.)
2. Tomato (2)
3. Black salt (1 tsp.)
4. Butter (2 tsp.)
5. Lemon juice (2 tsp.)
6. Water
7. Black pepper (1/2 tsp.)
8. Coriander leaves
9. Ginger (1 inch)
10. Salt (according to taste)
Method:
Firstly, wash spinach and tomato with running water 2-3 times. Now chop the spinach, tomato, and ginger. Boil all these vegetables on low medium flame for 10-15 mins. Now put these boiled vegetables at room temperature for 10 mins. Then grind these vegetables in the grinder and filter this ground paste with adding a 4-5 glass of drinking water. Now put the pan on the gas and pour this filter liquid mixture. Cook this for 5-8 mins. Then add black pepper, black salt, lemon juice, salt, and butter. Mix these ingredients with help of spoon and cook it again for 5-7 mins. Now serve in a bowl and decorate with coriander leaf. Your healthy and fresh spinach soup is ready.

3.Broccoli soup:
Ingredients:
1. Broccoli (200 gm.)
2. Tomato (2)
3. Black salt (1 tsp.)
4. Clove (4-5)
5. Black pepper (1 tsp.)
6. Butter (1-2 tsp.)
7. Water
9. Ginger (1/2 inch)
10. Salt (according to taste)
11. Coriander leaves

Method:
Firstly, wash broccoli properly with water. Then take a vessel fill water and dip the broccoli in it. Then turn on the gas and keep a pan on it and boil the broccoli for 5-6 minutes in a covered vessel. Now turn off the gas and keep the boiled broccoli to cool down at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. On the other side, cut the tomato in big slices and potato in small and thin slices. Take some chopped ginger. Keep a frying pan on gas and put butter in it. Then heat the pan. After that add black pepper and clove and roast it for 1 minutes. Then add potato, tomato,  broccoli and a half glass of water. Boil it for 6-8 minutes. Turn off the gas. After cooling this boiled vegetable put in a grinder and make a mixture. Filter the paste by adding 2 glass of water. Now boil this filtrate, add salt and black salt. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Now, this broccoli soup is ready. Decorate it with coriander leaves. Now your healthy and tasty broccoli soup is ready to serve.

4.Chinese veg soup:
Ingredients:
1. Capsicum (1)
2. Tomato (1/2)
3. Cabbage leaves
4. Onion (1)
5. Carrot (1)
6. Beans (3-4)
7. Spinach (4-5 leaf)
8. Cornflour (1 tsp.)
9. Ginger (1/2 inch)
10. Black pepper (1 tsp.)
11. Oil/Butter
12. Sugar (2 tsp.)
13. Water
14. Garlic (3-4 knobs)
15. Coriander leaf, red chili powder (1\2 tsp.)
16. Soya sauce (2 tsp.)
17. Noodles (optional)

Method:
Firstly, wash all the vegetables and chop it into small pieces. Now keep a frying pan on gas and put oil or butter in it and heat it. Now put chopped capsicum, cabbage leaf, tomato, onion, carrot, spinach, garlic, ginger, and beans. Fry it on low medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Turn off the gas. Keep vegetables to cool down to room temperature. Put in a grinder and grind all vegetables. Filter it by adding a 2-3 glass of water. On the other hand, boil the noodles and filter its water. In other fry pan fry noodle in oil or butter for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the gas. Now boil the filtered vegetable water in a pan. Add salt, soya sauce, corn flour, sugar and red chili powder. Boil it for 8-10 minutes. Turn off the gas. Now put it in a bowl and put the fried noodles in the soup. Garnish it with coriander leaves. The healthy and tasty Chinese veg soup is ready to serve.
