Top 3 home remedies for dry and damaged hair:  It is true, that your beauty depends on your face, body color, body language etc but hairs play an important role in your beauty. So it’s very necessary that take care of your hair. Sometimes we are troubled by hair fall (tips are given in health topic), dry hair and damaged hair. When hair has split ends, brown in color at the end of hair that’s called damaged hair. Nowadays, pollution, unbalanced diet and cosmetic products are responsible for dry and damaged hair. In this busy schedule, some people are not going to Parlour, that’s why today I’ll tell you in this article some easy and quick home remedies for end the problem of dry and damaged hairs.

1. White vinegar: White vinegar is very effective for hair. It is easily available in markets. It also works like a conditioner. It contains vitamins C, vitamins B and potassium. Vinegar naturally balanced pH of hair and work like clarifying agent. It is also an anti inflammatory and removes the split ends of hairs. You can also use apple cider vinegar.

1. White vinegar/Apple cider vinegar(2-3 cup)
2. Mineral water (2 cups)
3. Foil paper (optional)

First, you take a bowl and fill it with white or apple cider vinegar. Now add water and mix it well. Apply this mixture after hair wash like conditioner. Apply this on the whole scalp properly and spread it on whole hair and at the end of the hair. Now if foil paper is available then divide the hair and cover the ends of hair properly. After that leave it for 10-12 mins. Then wash your hair with Luke warm water and dry it with a soft towel. Repeat this method twice in a week for 15-20 days. It definitely works. It removes the split ends and repairs the damaged hair.

2. Banana: Banana is very effective fruit for your health. It is also very beneficial for your hair. It contains vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. It also a type of natural oil and provides moisture to your hair. Almost all important minerals are present in banana which is important for hair.Ingredients:
1. Banana (2)
2. Coconut oil/Olive oil (1/2 bowl)
3. Lemon juice (1 tsp.)
4. Honey (2 tsp.)


Firstly, you should use banana mask direct on the hair. For that take 2 banana and mashed it. Now apply it on your scalp and on your whole hair, leave it for 1 hour and wash it with lukewarm water. Repeat this method thrice in a week.
Secondly, take a bowl and mash the banana properly. Now add coconut oil or olive oil, honey and lemon(optional). Mix it well. Then apply this paste on your whole hair properly. Leave it for 30-40 mins and after that wash your hair with Luke warm water. Repeat this method for 2-3 in a week. It will work as soon as possible.

3. Curd: Curd is good for hair. It contains calcium and phosphorus. It easily available in the market and at home. If you use curd for hair then don’t use sour curd because more sour curd contains more citric acid which is not good for hair. Try to use fresh curd because it contains less amount of citric acid and less sour in taste.

1. Curd (5-6 tsp.)
2. White part of egg (2)

First, you should take a bowl and pour curd in it and mix it well. Now add white part of egg mix it properly. Apply this paste on your whole hair. Leave it for 45-50 min. Then wash with Luke warm water and use shampoo for remove the smell of egg. Repeat this method 1-2 times in a week. It will remove your split ends and repair the damaged hair.
You should use direct egg on your hair by adding some drop of water for 20-30 mins. It will also provide soothing to hair. Use this method 2 times for 1 month. It will repair your hair permanently.

Some important points-
* Cut your hair every in 3 to 4 months at the end(trimming).
* Avoid chemical and cosmetic products.
* Eat properly balanced diet.
* Cover your hair with sunlight and dust.
* Use olive and coconut oil for massage.
* Wash your hair with Luke warm water.
