How to make potato dishes at home: If you have no time for go outside the home for eating your favorite street foods then no worry about that, you can cook special at home by reading this article.

1. Masala french fry:

Ingredients:

1.Potato (4 pcs.)

2.Corn flour(4 tsp)

3.Red chili powder(2 tsp)

4.Gram flour/Besan(2 tsp)

5.Chaat Masala(1 tsp)

6.Kitchen King Masala(1 tsp)

7.Oil(For deep fry)

8.Salt(According to your taste)

9.Kasturi Methi leaf(2 pinches)

Method:

First of all, soak the potatoes for 10 mins before cutting it.After 10 mins cut the potatoes with the help of a knife or French fry cutter in the length wise shape.Now put the cut potatoes in the bowl and add corn flour, red chili powder, gram flour, chaat masala, kitchen king masala, Kasturi methi leafs, salt and some drops of water and mix it well, then cover the bowl with plate now put it free for the 5-7 minute.After 5-7 minutes put the frying pan on the gas and pour the oil, all mixture of potato should be dipped in the oil.Now fry the whole mixture for 15-20 mins.When the color of mixture seen brown/Crispy then take the potatoes out of the pan, now put the potatoes on the plate with the tissue paper and serve with ketchup.

2.Bread cutlets:

Ingredients: (for 6 pcs of cutlets)

1.Bread(6 pcs)

2.Potatoes( 4 pcs.)

3.Green chili (2 pcs.)

4.Red chili(2 tsp)

5.Coriander leafs(10-12)

6.Oil(for deep fry)

7.Semolina/Sujee(1/2 cup)

8.Salt(According to your taste)

Method:

First of all boiled the potatoes then mashed it.Now mix the red chili powder, green chili, coriander leafs and salt with the potatoes.After mashing takes a bread and wets it, after wetting remove the side brown part of the bread.Now put the some mashed potatoes mixture on the white part of bread then make a closed circle shape of the bread.Now touch the whole close shaped bread with the semolina, then take a frying pan and put on the gas, pour the oil, after heating oil dip the semolina touched closed shape bread in the oil and fry it for 5-10 mins.When the color of bread will be brown then turn off the gas and take the bread out of the pan and put on the plate with the tissue paper and serve it with green sauce.

3. Chili potato:

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes(4 pcs)

2.Onion(2 pcs.)

3.Red chili powder(1 tsp)

4.Capsicum(2 pcs.)

5.Oil(for deep fry)

6.Tomato sauce(1.5 tsp)

7. Chili sauce(1.5 tsp)

8. Soya sauce(1.5 tsp)

9.Vinegar(1 tsp)

10. Chili flex(1 tsp)

11.Corn flour(4 tsp)

12.Salt(According to your taste)

Method:

First of all cut the onions and capsicums in cubed shape and cut the potatoes in length shape.Now mix the corn flour, chili flex and salt with the potatoes, then take a pan, pour the oil, after heating the oil put the potatoes mixture in the oil and fry deeply.Now take an another pan and pour the 2 table spoon oil in it.After that fry the capsicum and onion for 5-7 mins.Now we need to make the sauce.

Making Sauce: Take a frying pan and put it on the gas.Now pour the chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce in the pan and let it heat for 2 mins and within 2 mins take 1/2 cup of water and mix the corn flour nicely after 2 mins mix the corn flour water mixture in the pan and also mix the salt according to your taste.Now let it cook the whole mixture for 4-5 mins.

After 5 mins we put the deep fried potatoes in the sauce pan and mix the vinegar.After mixing vinegar we mix the whole mixture nicely for 2-3 mins.After 2-3 mins turn off the gas.Now your chili potatoes are ready.

4.Masala Aloo chaat:

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes(4 pcs.)

2.Coriander leafs(11-12 leafs)

3.Salt(According to your taste)

4.Oil(For deep fry)

5.Cumin powder(1.5 tsp)

6.Coriander powder(1.5 tsp)

7.Green chili( 2 tsp)

8.Red sauce/Tomato sauce(2 tsp)

9.Green sauce/Chili sauce(2 tsp)

10.Mango powder/Aamchur powder(1.5 tsp)

11.Tomato(2 pcs.)

12.Chaat Masala(2 tsp)

13.Lemon(according to taste)

Method:

First of all cut the potatoes in small cube shape then take a frying pan and put it on the gas and pour the oil,after heating oil put the cube shaped potatoes in the pan and deep fry the potatoes for 10-12 mins when the color of potatoes seen brown then take the potatoes out of the pan and put it on the plate.Now take another pan and pour the 2 tsp oil in it, after heating oil adds the cumin powder, coriander powder, green chili, tomatoes, mango powder, chili sauce, tomato sauce and salt according to your taste in it.Now let it cook for 3-4 mins.After 3-4 mins turn off the gas.After that mix the fried potatoes in it.Now mix chaat masala in this mixture, now put the whole mixture on the plate.After that mix the lemon juice according to your taste and decorate it with coriander leafs. Your Masala aloo chaat is ready, now you can serve it with green sauce.
