1.Kadai Paneer

Ingredients:

1. Paneer (250 gm)

2.Onion (3 )

3.Tomato (2 )

4. Capsicum (1 )

5. Indian Spices/Khada Masala (1 tsp.)

6. Ginger (1/2 pc.)

7. Garlic (5 knobs)

8. Cumin Seed (1 tsp.)

9. Oil (3 tsp.)

10. Turmeric powder (1 tsp.)

11. Coriander powder (1.5 tsp.)

12. Garam Masala (3 tsp.)

13. Red Chili Powder (1/2 tsp.)

14. Milk (1/2 cup)

15. Salt (according to your taste)Method:

First, make a paste of 2 onions, ginger and garlic paste separately. One onion and capsicum chopped in cube shaped. Then put a tomato paste separately. Now put the pan on the gas. After that pour oil on it. After heating the oil, add cumin seed and Indian spice. Now after 2 minutes cook, put the onion, ginger, garlic paste in the pan. Now add the tomato paste after this paste is golden brown. Now after 3-4 minutes add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili and garam masala.Now add half a cup of water, after 5-7 minutes, add milk. Now let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Now put chopped onion and capsicum in the pan and add one glass of water and add salt according to your taste. Now cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. After 10 minutes put the paneer in the pan. Now cook it for 5 minutes and turn off the gas after 5 mins. Your Kadai paneer is ready. Now you can taste it and serve with Parantha and Chapati.

2. Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:

1. Paneer (250 gm.)

2. Oil (3 tsp.)

3. Cumin Powder (1 tsp.)

4. Coriander powder (1.5 tsp.)

5. Red chili powder (1 tsp.)

6. Turmeric (1 tsp.)

7. Cashew nut (6-7 pcs.)

8. Kasturi Methi Leafs (2 pinches)

9. Milk (1/2 cup)

10. Water

11. Salt (According to your taste)

12. Matar (for garnish)

Method:

First of all dipped the cashew nuts in the water for half an hour before making the vegetable. After 30 mins grind the cashew nuts and make a paste and make a tomato paste separately. Now put the pan on the gas and add the oil in it. After heating the oil add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and Kasturi methi Leafs in it. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. After 3-4 minutes add the tomato paste in it. Now let it cook for 3-4 minutes again. After 3- 4 minutes add the paste of cashew nut and add a half cup of milk in it. Now let it cook the gravy for 7-8 minutes. If the paste is thicker then add the half glass of water in the gravy and let it cook for 32 minutes. Now add the salt according to your taste and in last add the paneer in the gravy. After 5 minutes turn off the gas and you can use some Pcs. of cashew nuts for the decoration of veg. Now your Shahi paneer is ready.

3. Khoya Matar Paneer

Ingredients:

1. Paneer (250 gm.)

2. Oil (3 tsp.)

3. Tomato (2)

4. Onion (2)

5. Ginger (1/2 Pc.)

6. Garlic (6-7 knobs)

7. Khoya (20 gm.)

8. Curd (4 tsp.)

9. Green pea (100gm.)

10. Garam masala (3 tsp.)

11. Coriander powder (2 tsp.)

12. Turmeric (1.5 tsp.), Red chili (1 tsp.), Green chili (2)

13. Indian spice/Khada masala (1 tsp.)

14. Salt (according to your taste)

15. Water Method:

First of all make a tomato and onion, garlic, ginger and green chili paste separately. Take a frying pan and put on the gas and pour the oil in it. After heating oil put the Indian spice/Khada masala in the pan. After 2 mins add the paste of ginger, onion, garlic and green chili in it. Now add the khoya with the paste of ginger, onion, garlic and green chili and let it cook for when the color is golden brown. After that add the tomato paste in it. Now let it cook for 5-7 mins. After 5-7 mins add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala in it. Now add half glass of water and let it cook for 5 mins. After that add the curd in it and mix the whole mixture with a spoon for 2 minutes. After 2 mins add frozen green pea and salt with a half glass of water in it, now let it cook for 3-4 mins and cover the pan with a plate. After that mix the panner with this whole the mixture and let it cook for 5 mins. After 5 mins turn off the gas. Now your Khoya Matar paneer is ready.

4. Butter Paneer Masala

Ingredients:

1. Paneer (250 gm.)

2. Butter (4 tsp.)

3. Tomato (3)

4. Cream (5 tsp.)

5. Milk (1/2 cup)

6. Garam masala (3 tsp.)

7. Coriander powder (2 tsp.)

8. Kashmiri Mirch powder (2 tsp.)

9. Turmeric (1.5 tsp.), Red chili (1 tsp.), Green chili (2)

10 .Salt (according to your taste)

11. Water

Method:

First of all put the tomato paste separately. Now put the pan on the gas and put the butter in the pan. After heating butter adds the tomato paste in it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After that add the garam masala, coriander powder, Kashmiri  Mirch powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and a half glass of water in it and let it cook for 5-7 mins. Now add a half cup of milk and cream in the mixture. After that let it cooks the whole mixture for 7-8 minutes on low flame. Now add the panner with this mixture and mix with the big spoon softly.
