Diabetes disease: Causes, Symptoms and treatment: Diabetes is a very common and serious disease. This disease can suffer from anyone. Due to this disease, more than 30,000 children die in India every year. Due to the increase the amount of glucose or sugar in our blood, there is a disease called Diabetes. There are two reasons for the level of glucose to increase, firstly the hormones called insulin is being formed in small quantities or our cells are not responding to insulin hormones. There are two types of diabetes: diabetes I and diabetes II. Both diabetes is very dangerous for your life. Insulin controls the body’s metabolism process. In this process, our food breaks down and gives energy to the body.

There are many reasons for having diabetes as it is also genetic, if you have diabetics patients in your family, then you may also have the possibility of getting it, unbalanced diet, sleep less than 8 hours, obesity, eat more sweet than capacity and avoid exercise, etc.

There are some very common symptoms of diabetes, such as feeling very hungry, not visible with eyes, frequent urine problem, rapid weight loss, skin allergy, do not get rid of the wound early and the body becomes weak.
Although diabetes has many treatments and medicines, in my article I will tell you some home remedies which can cure diabetes.

1. Methi: Methi is the best home remedy to cure diabetes. Methi seeds and methi green leaves both are works on diabetes. Methi contains magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamins, and lead. It has also antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

*You can use methi leaves juice for cure diabetes. For this, you can take methi leaves and wash it properly. Now with the help of juicer, you can extract the juice of methi leaves. Filter it in a glass and add half spoon of black salt, mix it well. You should drink this juice 4 times in a week. This method is to control your sugar level in blood.
* For methi seeds, first you take methi seed and soak in water for whole night. Next day, in the early morning, extract the water and eat methi seeds. Repeat this method daily in the early morning for 1 month. It will immediately work on diabetes.
You can also eat methi leaves paratha, vegetable of green methi and powder of dry methi seeds with water both are done same work on diabetes.

2: Garlic: Garlic is best and easy home remedy for diabetic patients. Some small knobs of garlic work perfectly on diabetes. Garlic has a very big property, it increases the level of insulin hormones in the blood. A diabetic patient can use high amount garlic in daily life either they use garlic in vegetable or raw garlic. Garlic maintains the cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease, kidney failure and reduces blood pressure. It also increases the immunity of your body.
* First you take 4-5 knobs for garlic and roast it until its turns light brown in color. After that remove the peel of garlic and eat it with water. This easy method is very useful and effective for the diabetic patient.

3. Bitter gourd (karela): Bitter gourd is a vegetable which is bitter in taste but it’s very useful for the diabetic patient. It also called bitter melon. Bitter gourd has insulin like compound which is the help to increased the insulin level in blood. Many of the peoples are hate bitter gourd because of its bitter taste but I have tips which reduce the bitter taste.
1. Bitter gourd (2-3)
2. Turmeric powder (2 tsp.)
3. Salt (2tsp.)
4. Black salt ( half tsp.)
For this, first, you take a bitter gourd and wash it properly and gently extract a little bit of peel with a knife. After that make a paste of turmeric powder and salt. Now spread this paste on bitter gourd properly and leave it for 25 mins. After 25 mins wash the bitter gourd and make a juice with the help of juice. Filter the juice in glass and if you want then mix 1/2 spoon of black salt. Drink one glass juice every early morning. Repeat this method 20 days daily. You will get the best result as soon as possible.

4. Green vegetable: Everyone knows that green vegetables are very important for our body. Green vegetables contain all the properties like antioxidants, antivirals, anti-inflammation, and anti-bacteria. It has all the minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, lead, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins and proteins. If you eat high amounts of green vegetables in your everyday life, then it makes you healthy. It increases the number of insulin hormones in the blood and cells responding properly on insulin hormones. Because of this, due to diabetes, the risk of all dangerous diseases can be reduced. You can also drink green vegetable juice with the addition of small amount of tomato, peppermint, lemon, ginger, and beetroot. One time in a day drink green vegetable juice is very important for your life (if it possible, drink green vegetable juice in your breakfast). It reduces the risk of all the dangerous diseases.
